Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Recipe Details:

Ingredients:
- Trimmed Baby Back Ribs membrane removed
- Uncle Lucky’s BBQ Nirvana Sauce
- Your favorite pork rub
- Spray bottle with apple juice and a couple of tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Rub ribs with your favorite pork rub and refrigerate for 2 hr or overnight (if that’s your preference)
- Fire up the smoker with hickory or your preferred wood
- If your smoker allows, place a pan of equal parts beer and water under the cooking surface
- Allow ribs to reach room temperature
- Bring the smoker temperature to 225 degrees
- Place ribs in the smoker, bone side down and let cook for 2hr occasionally spritzing with apple juice and Worcestershire sauce
- After 2 hr wrap the ribs meat side down in foil and spray liberally with the apple juice solution before closing up wrap
- Return the ribs on the smoker for another 2 hr and maintain smoker temperature of 225 degrees
- Remove ribs from foil and generously apply Uncle Lucky’s BBQ Nirvana Sauce over the meat side of the ribs
- Return ribs to smoker meat side up and maintain smoker temperature of 225 degrees for one hour or until the ribs can be pulled easily from the bone
- Remove from smoker and apply more sauce as needed
