Uncle Lucky's Meatloaf

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 - 2 lbs Meatloaf Mix (beef, veal, pork)
• 1/2 bottle of Uncle Lucky’s BBQ Nirvana Sauce
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 2 Tbsp black pepper
• 2 Tbsp dried oregano
• 1/3 cup chopped parsley
• 1 cup chopped yellow onion
• 1 chopped bell pepper
• 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients starting with the meat
• Knead mixture by hand only until the ingredients are well mixed
• Place mixture in a nonstick loaf pan, pat down gently and smooth the top 
• Pour an additional 2-3 Tbsp of Uncle Lucky's BBQ Nirvana Sauce on the top and smooth it evenly across the entire top surface
• Place in oven and cook for 1 hr, then remove and let rest for 10 min
